XTA is a telecommunications company in Penedès, we offer connectivity solutions to individuals, companies, councils and entities as well as event coverage.
We are currently looking for a new colleague for the Granada office! If you are a person with communicative resources and patient with dealing with the customer, you will be interested in what we will tell you!
We have a vacancy for the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) team, which is responsible for resolving incidents of Internet and landline services for XTA users.
Your main tasks will be:
· Customer management: resolution of customer incidents, preparation of budgets, claims, repairs, closure of parts.
· Management of field and warehouse technicians: manage technicians’ agenda, active communication with technicians, schedule audits, meetings, collect data on repairs/performances.
· SAT performance check: review pending open assignments, review blocked assignments, miscellaneous meetings.
· Various managements: 4G router control, guard control, production control, notification to customers of scheduled outages, scheduling training sessions, registration of incidents with platform.

· Salary: €20,428.95.
· Full day from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.

Minimum requirements
- Catalan and Spanish in the bilingual field, if you also speak English it is a plus.
- You are used to working with computer tools.
- You have at least two years of experience in customer service. If it has been in incident management, even better!
Qualifications
We will value positively if you have CFGM in Microcomputer Systems and Networks and/or CFGS in Network Computer Systems, or CF in Administration.
